Summer Recreation Online Information and Registration

SUMMER RECREATION REGISTRATION
WILL END ON JUNE 2nd AT 8:00AM.
NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED
AFTER THAT DATE- NO EXCEPTIONS.
 
PROGRAM RUNS: JUNE 26th- AUGUST 4th- 

(Camp closed on July 3-4th)

Dear Parent/Guardian,

Online Registration will begin at 8:00am on March 13th.
All Registration will end June 2nd   

*Please note that online registration will be much faster than mail in registration.  Should you want to register via mail you may pick up a registration brochure in the Main Office of your child’s building.  You must still submit the full payment when registering for the program through the mail.

On this webpage you will find the link to register and information regarding the required. Please read through these pages as they contain information that is required for your child’s attendance at the camp.

By clicking the “Register Now - Payschools” link you will be directed to ‘PaySchools’ to select and pay for your selected Summer Recreation activities.  If you had registered online last year please log in with your account information/password.  If you have forgotten your email or password click the “forgot password” link on the pay schools page and you will receive it via your email.

**Please note that if you are registering for “Full Day” Sessions you must click on the ‘Full Day Upgrade” when paying.

IN ORDER TO SECURE YOUR CHOICES YOU MUST PAY FOR (EACH CHILD REGISTERED) YOUR CHOICES IN 'PAYSCHOOLS PRIOR TO LOGGING OFF THE SITE

 

 To register for the ‘Full Day’ program

Please select an A and B Activity for all three sessions.  

For Example: Session I: 1A and 1B – (June 27-July 8) (No Camp July 4)

Session II: 2A and 2B- (July 11-22)

Session III: 3A and 3B- (July 25-August 5)

1. Select/Add two (2) activities (An ‘A’ and a ‘B’) from each session (I, II, III) and add to your shopping cart.

2. When completed select the Upgrade to Full Day Program and add it to your cart.

3. When done click the “Check Out” button.

4. Complete the required information.

5. Enter your child/children’s information then click ‘add student’.

6. Follow the directions for adding the child to the class and click “Continue”

7. Before submitting payment verify that all information is correct.  Select method of payment and follow the payment directions.

Please make sure to print a copy of your final registration for your records.  Should there be any problems with classes with regards to low numbers you will be notified as soon as possible. 

 

To register for the ‘Half Day’ Sessions

 For any session you are registering for Please select an A and B Activity.

For Example: Session I: 1A and 1B – (June 27-July 8) (No Camp July 4)

Session II: 2A and 2B- (July 11-22)

Session III: 3A and 3B- (July 25-August 5)

1. Select/Add two (2) activities from each session (I, II, III) that you are requesting to your shopping cart. 

2. When done click the “Check Out” button.

3. Complete the required information.

4 .Enter your child/children’s information then click ‘add student’.

5. Follow the directions for adding the child to the class and click “Continue”

6. Before submitting payment verify that all information is correct.  Select method of payment and follow    the payment directions.

*Please make sure to print a copy of your registration for your records.  Should there be any problems with classes not being run due to low registration numbers, you will be notified as soon as possible.

*If you request a refund there is a 3.5% fee for refunds (as this is charged for each transactions through payschools.)
